The secure booking system will store your credit card details to ensure your booking is genuine, however you are not charged when booking. (Note: I cannot see your credit card details. Please read the cancellation policy listed further below.)
Please pay by cash (Preferred) or bank transfer when you attend your appointment.
Confirmation - A confirmation email is automatically generated and sent to you. Please take note of your booking so you remember it.
Please check that your appointment details are correct and you have read the important information regarding your massage appointment. If the confirmation email does not arrive please check your spam folder and mark my email address as not spam. If you cannot find it please text me and confirm your email address so I can resend it.
A reminder email is sent at 48 hours and a text message is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment, however it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.
If you would like to request a recurring appointment please discuss this with me at your next appointment and I can set this up for you. It is recommended that you book in advance. My practice is building so availability is changing regularly.

What you see on the website is what you get! You are on security camera once you enter the premises and will be reported to police immediately.
Cancellation Policy - 24-hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment - No cancellation fee applies.
Less than 24 hours & 4 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount is applied.
Less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount is applied.
